- A leader must be a spearhead of an attitude of being positive.
- Your calling will always be challenged.
- Always be saturated by the Word of God.
- Leaders should sometimes experience brokenness.
- Use the language of faith and confess victory continually.
- What makes followers love to serve? The strong examples of leaders.
- Love people. Reward performance.
- VPR means...value people, reward performance, and praise positive acheivements.
